How the beta works

Every workspace has Team free. No card needed.
- By January 2, 2027
Every Owner gets an email with the prices, at least 30 days before they start.
- From February 1, 2027
Choose Solo or Team, or stay on Free. Nothing you’ve drawn is deleted.
Once prices start: paid plans renew every month until cancelled, and tax is shown at checkout. Cancel any time in the app under Settings › Billing › Manage billing and keep the plan to the end of the month you paid for; there is no refund for part of a month. Payments are handled by Stripe; Link (by Stripe) is the seller of record. See the Terms.
AI runs: every workspace has free runs to start, and an Owner can buy more in the app.
“Unlimited” projects and sheets still have safety ceilings: for example, a project holds up to 200 sheets. See the workspace limits.
What happens when the beta ends?
Every workspace has Team free through January 31, 2027, no card needed. Before prices start you’ll get an email at least 30 days ahead. If you don’t choose a plan, your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I try Solo for free?
Yes. Team includes everything in Solo and is free through January 31, 2027, so you can try both. When prices start, you’ll get an email at least 30 days ahead and can choose Solo, Team or Free.
What do Founding Integrators pay?
Half the Solo or Team price for their first 12 months, counted from their first payment once prices start: $14.50 or $39.50 a month at today’s prices. The discount is for members who use it on real jobs and take part for 3 months. Seats are limited; request one on the Founding Integrators page.
What if we have more than 20 people?
Team covers up to 20 people. For a larger company, contact us and we agree a price and terms that fit.
Is my work deleted if I move to Free?
No. Nothing is deleted. On Free, projects beyond your one are locked: you can still open and view them, and choosing a paid plan returns them.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel any time in the app under Settings › Billing › Manage billing. You keep the plan to the end of the month you paid for; there is no refund for part of a month. Switching between Solo and Team takes effect at once, and the difference is charged or credited.
Who handles payment?
Payments are handled by Stripe, and Link (by Stripe) is the seller of record. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly; tax is shown at checkout.
Is the price per person?
No. Each plan is priced per workspace. Team includes up to 20 people, each with their own login, for one monthly price.
What does “Your requests first” mean?
On Team, support requests you send from the app are read first. It is not a response-time promise.
What is the Example project?
A ready-made project to look around in. On Free it comes in addition to your one project of your own.
