Who we are and what this notice covers
Integration Standard, Inc. operates integratordesignstudio.com. Our business mailing address is 8033 W Sunset Blvd #5040, Los Angeles, CA 90046, United States.
This notice covers the public website, its contact form and the Founding Integrators application form. Accounts, project files, the app and shared plans are explained in the product Privacy Policy and Providers notice. Your app analytics setting does not control this website, and a website choice does not change the app’s settings.
For website privacy requests, email hello@integrationstandard.com. You can also use our existing privacy address, privacy@integrationstandard.com.
Information we use
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional company name and message. Name, email and a message are required to use the form; company is not. We use these details to respond and handle the enquiry. Sending a message alone does not subscribe you to marketing. If you separately tick the optional email-updates box, we record that preference, the wording/version, submission time and form source with the message. The form does not itself add an address to a campaign service or verify who owns it.
- Founding Integrators applications: your name, email, company, what you design and how often you draw plans, and your phone number are required; your LinkedIn profile and a note are optional. We use them to review your application and contact you. We keep a list of applicants in our business Google account with each application’s status, our notes and links to feedback you send. If you join, we invite you to the members’ WhatsApp group, where the other members see your name and number. Your name appears on our What’s new page only if you ask for it. Applications are kept like other correspondence, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Request and security information: hosting and protection providers process information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser/device signals to deliver pages, detect abuse and limit repeated form submissions.
- Your chosen appearance: if you change the light/dark theme, the website remembers that preference in this browser. It is not an advertising identifier.
Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or private client plans through an initial enquiry. We do not receive the contents of unsent form fields through our contact endpoint.
Providers and recipients
- Vercel hosts the website and contact endpoint and provides request security, including IP-based rate limiting.
- Cloudflare provides DNS and Turnstile spam protection. Turnstile loads when you begin using the contact form, or reach the last step of the Founding Integrators application, and processes security signals, including IP address, browser headers and device/connection characteristics. Cloudflare acts as a processor for website protection and separately as a controller for improving Turnstile. See its Turnstile privacy notice.
- Resend delivers submitted messages to our business email inbox. The message includes the contact fields above; the inbox retains its own copy. See Resend’s data practices.
- Google stores our list of Founding Integrators applicants in Google Sheets, in our business account.
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, runs the members’ group under its own privacy policy.
- Our business email provider and authorized personnel store and handle correspondence so we can reply and resolve requests.
We may disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or respond to a security incident. We assess those needs rather than treating them as permission for unrelated use.
Cookies, tracking and external links
This website does not use advertising pixels or session recordings. We do not sell website personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track turn off optional website analytics, even if this browser previously accepted it. Necessary security and delivery still work.
Our Cookies & choices page explains browser storage and lets you remove your saved theme. You can accept or reject optional analytics, change your choice, and find your website analytics ID there. Using the website, accepting product terms or sending an enquiry is not analytics consent. Any new vendor or purpose requires updated information and a fresh choice.
Short product clips on this site are hosted with the site. The full demo on the home and demo pages and the videos on What’s new are YouTube players in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Each loads only when you press play (or pick a chapter of the home demo); until then your browser makes no request to YouTube. Once it loads, YouTube processes information such as your IP address and device details under Google’s Privacy Policy. Other “See a demo” links open YouTube as an external page. Following external app, shared-plan or video links takes you to services with their own processing and notices.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and selected interactions on this website.
Analytics is offered only for requests our hosting provider geolocates to the United States. The website remains available elsewhere. We use the country associated with the request’s network address to make this decision, without asking for your device’s precise location or storing the country decision in an analytics identifier. Unknown locations leave analytics off. IP-based location can be inaccurate, including when a VPN is used.
After acceptance, Google receives a random website-only browser ID, session and event times, public page addresses, browser/device information and general location derived from the connection. We send recognized referral categories and registered campaign codes, reading milestones, scroll thresholds, selected links, video starts and first-party clip completions, example downloads, and contact-form start/success/error counts. An app-link click is not proof of registration or app activity. We exclude typed form values, message contents, arbitrary URL parameters, full referrer URLs, precise device location, passwords and project information.
Our browser identifier lasts up to 90 days from creation, without extending its lifetime on each visit. Google’s website cookies also expire within 90 days; sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymous information. They are limited to the marketing website and are not connected to your app account or email address. Google signals, user-provided data collection, advertising personalization, advertising storage and advertising product links are off. We do not use this setup for remarketing or automated decisions about people.
Google LLC processes website analytics on our behalf under its data-processing terms. Optional account data sharing is disabled. Google receives IP addresses for basic service functions such as spam detection and approximate location. Google states that it does not associate raw IP addresses with user identifiers and discards them after use. See Google’s explanation of IP address use. Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s data-processing terms.
Rejecting analytics keeps Google’s analytics tag unloaded. Withdrawing stops future collection and removes this website’s analytics cookies without discarding an unfinished enquiry. Requests already sent cannot be recalled. Before clearing the ID, use Cookies & choices to display it and include it in an access or deletion request. If the ID has already been cleared or expired, we may be unable to locate earlier browser records without additional information.
We use a 14-month retention setting for event- and user-level analytics data, with retention reset on new activity disabled, to compare trends across a year. Google’s standard aggregated reports are not subject to that same retention setting. A verified deletion request is submitted for the relevant browser identifier; provider processing is asynchronous. Google documents removal from User Explorer within 24 hours and permanent removal within the following 63 days. We distinguish submission, report visibility and permanent deletion when responding to you; cookie expiry alone does not erase Google’s records.
Reports represent consenting, measurable US-geolocated visits. Rejection, privacy signals, blockers and location restrictions mean these reports do not count every visitor.
Email updates are your choice
The contact form has a separate, unchecked choice for occasional Integrator Design Studio product updates, tips and offers from Integration Standard, Inc. We rely on consent for that optional purpose. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your enquiry. Cookie consent and acceptance of product terms are not permission to send marketing emails.
You can withdraw by emailing hello@integrationstandard.com; marketing campaigns must also include an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. The submitted preference is currently kept with your enquiry email. It is not proof of email ownership. Before a marketing list is activated, we need verified enrollment and a working unsubscribe and suppression process so withdrawals are respected. No marketing campaigns are sent by this website’s contact form.
Why we process information
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and keeping this website secure, subject to your rights. When an enquiry involves steps you ask us to take before a contract, that requested activity may provide the relevant basis. We use information to meet legal obligations where required. Optional website analytics relies on your consent. Email updates require their own separate choice; neither is required to contact us.
We do not use contact submissions for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention and international processing
Correspondence is kept while needed to respond, resolve the matter, maintain relevant customer records or meet legal and security needs. There is no automatic website-wide mailbox deletion schedule in the contact form. You can ask us to review or delete correspondence. Deleting an app account does not automatically delete email correspondence.
Provider delivery logs, hosting/security records and inbox copies have separate lifecycles. Browser theme storage remains until replaced or removed; see Cookies & choices. We do not describe deletion from one system as immediate erasure from every provider or backup.
We are based in the United States. Providers may process information in the US and other countries, whose laws may differ from yours. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements still apply; using this site does not waive them. Google’s data-processing terms describe applicable transfer safeguards. Our current website analytics eligibility is restricted to requests geolocated to the United States; this does not remove obligations for other information or future international services. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data, including how to obtain a copy subject to appropriate redactions.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent, use an authorized agent, opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, and appeal a refusal. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
Email either address above with your request. We verify identity proportionately; please do not send passwords or identity documents in your first message. We explain applicable exceptions and respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your location, including your EEA or UK supervisory authority where relevant. To complain to us about our handling of personal information, email either privacy-request address above and say that you are making a privacy complaint. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate, and explain the outcome without undue delay. This does not prevent you from approaching a regulator, and applicable rights-request deadlines still apply separately.
Children, security and changes
This website is intended for adult professionals and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
We use encrypted transport, access restrictions and form-abuse protections, but cannot promise absolute security. We date updates to this notice and provide additional notice or choices when required for a material change. A policy update alone does not grant permission for a new optional purpose.
